All prices in our webshop are including VAT.
We use PostNL and our transport costs are what they charge for this service. If their costs increase then so will ours. If you wish to receive your package by registered mail then please contact us when you make the order extra costs are yours in this case.
You can book the money over onto our bank account or you can make use of PayPal. An article is sold once the payment is received by us.
1. You can book the money over to our bank account NL95 INGB 0006 1342 39, in the name of Missus Abracadabra, Albert Verweystraat 1, 1064 SP Amsterdam. BIC code of the bank INGBNL2a (only necessary for foreign payments).
2. You can pay with PayPal (€500 or less). If you choose for this payment possibility then the PayPal logo will appear automatically when you make this choice. Then you will be asked to log in on your bank account and to pay according to the instructions that follow. We cannot see into your bank account!!
Once we have received payment we will send you your package.
Our web shop is a European web shop but if you come from somewhere further away then please contact us via email@example.com. We will do our very best to serve you and make you happy.
Something out of stock?
Many items that we sell are one offs but if you really like something then we will try to get it (or something similar) for you again. It may take some time, and the price maybe slightly different due to the fluctuation in the exchange rates. Please contact us.
When can I expect to receive my order?
Once we have received your payment, we will put your package in the post, probably the same day or the next working day.
My package has arrived but the contents are broken

To make use of our guarantee you need to have the original bill and packing form. Send us this documentation (copy) when you want to change or get a repair done. The cost of sending something back are in the beginning always for the client. If your claim is righteous then of course Missus Abracadabra will reimburse these costs. All other costs that are indirectly accrued from the defective article do not fall under our guarantee.
If you send something back for any reason what so ever, then you are responsible for proper packaging so that the article will reach us whole and undamaged.
Oh la la where o where is my Parcel??
Once we have put your package on the post we receive a track & trace number. You can follow the progress of your package via PostNL. Once your package is sent we will send this unique track & trace number to you by email. You can always choose to send your package by registered post but this will bring extra costs with it that are yours. If you wish to make use of this facility please contact us when you make your order.
Handwork is something special and requires a respectful treatment. There will always be differences between each and every piece that makes handy crafted items unique. Please clean all hand-crafted items with the loving care they deserve.

We are really sorry but we can't give you a life time guarantee on our products but we do strive to give them a long and healthy life! We would like to add that we are not responsible for the discolouration of jewellery. This happens because of adverse Ph. grade of your skin, perfume, contact with water and so forth. These discolorations do not fall under our guarantee. Silver is a natural product and always discolours when not in use. The best way to clean your precious silver is with an old newspaper as the printing ink is a very good cleaning agent. Chemical cleaning agents can damage the stones in our jewellry.
Can I send something back?
It can always happen that something you ordered is not at all what you wanted or different from the photos in our web shop. If this is the case, then please send the article back to us within 14 days. It goes without saying that is must be unused and not damaged. Please send us an email before you return something. The return costs are always yours. Once we have received the returned item we shall return your initial payment as soon as possible to your bank account (within 14 days).
Beauty products can only be returned if they are in the original un-opened packaging.
