We like to vary our collection as much as possible to reflect the rich heritage of embellishment that India has to offer. We always have some handprinted bedsheets in stock but we do like to vary the techniques that we sell. To name a few: blockprints from Sanganer and Bagru in Radjasthan and Ajrak prints from Gujarat. Sometimes we have Kalamkari prints from Andhra Pradesh. Ikat textiles from Odisha are also occasionally featured in our collection! Gudri stitching is a very ancient method of turning old saris into bedcovers for the cold winter nights. Layers of old saris are stitched together with rows of running stitches.
